Located outside of Lewisburg OH, Outer Limits Gym was born out of a desire to provide a place where people can come and lift heavy weight in an awesome and encouraging environment. We hand select each piece of equipment, making sure each piece has proven to withstand the hard work of heavy lifting. Having both competed on the bodybuilding stage, we understand the dedication and discipline it takes to change your body and we are here to help and encourage anyone who walks through our doors. No frills, no complaining, and no "I can't" allowed! Chalk, grunts, and high fives are all welcome.
Since we are family owned and operated, you will often see our family involved in all the operations of the gym, from cleaning to setting our own personal records. We strongly believe in teamwork and community to help each other reach our full potential. We carry that same belief over to every person who walks in the door. Helping you reach your own next level through encouragement and a positive, upbeat atmosphere is something we will do for every member.

Cardio
As much as we love the weights, we know a good cardio session is sometimes necessary. We want to offer a well- rounded place for your workouts which means we’ve got a few pieces of cardio equipment.
If you’re looking for rows and rows of treadmills and ellipticals, we probably aren’t your type of gym. However, we do have several pieces of cardio equipment to get your heart rate up.
